         We are located on North 4th Street 'just over the viaduct' from Historic Downtown Mount Vernon

Emerson High School is located on the 1st floor and Youthnet's administrative, Foster Care, ILP, PSP and other program offices are on the 2nd floor. 

We have several ongoing  projects and always appreciate assistance with people and resources to make them happen.
